Our unique world-class event spaces at Nola Motorsports Park capture the style and feel of contemporary track design. As one of the country’s premier racetracks, Nola Motorsports Park offers a truly unique setting to host your next corporate or private event, team building, elaborate reception or a wrap party.



Nola Motorsports strongly encourages utilization of the following professionals for your upcoming event.  These industry experts have been hand-selected to complement and enhance your event. Please note that you may work with any vendor you choose providing they have a Louisiana business license, have proof of sufficient insurance, visit the facility prior to your event, and review any necessary Nola Motorsports rules and regulations.

A 20% “house” or “administrative” charge will apply to all food, beverage and labor charges.  Current state and local sales taxes apply to all food, beverage, labor charges, equipment rentals and service charges, and are subject to applicable tax laws and regulations.

An additional fee of $2500.00 a day and cleaning fee is charged to use a caterer who does not appear on our preferred caterer list.   Kitchen usage exclusive to our preferred caterers.

Jacques Imos

Jacques Leonardi worked for Chef Paul Prudhomme of K-Paul’s Louisiana learning the basics of “Nawlins” style cooking.  Jacques and his wife Amelia now operate one of New Orleans most popular restaurants. NOLA Motorsports Park and its preferred caterers are the sole food and beverage service providers for all events at the facility.  All food and beverages must be purchased from Nola Motorsports.

Food & Beverage Pricing

A good faith estimate of food and beverage prices will be provided seven (7) business days in advance of the event’s start date and will be confirmed at the signing of the contract.  All deposits become non-refundable seven (7)  business days prior to the event.  Due to a fluctuating market, prices may vary.

Service Charges & Taxes

A 20% “house” or “administrative” charge will apply to all food, beverage and labor charges.  Current state and local sales taxes apply to all food, beverage, labor charges, equipment rentals and service charges, and are subject to applicable tax laws and regulations.

This charge is added to your bill for the catered event/function (or comparable service) which is used to defray the cost of set up, break down, service and other house expenses. No portion of the charge is distributed to the employees providing the service.

If the customer is an entity claiming exemption from taxation in the state where the facility is located, the customer must deliver to Nola Motorsports Event’s department satisfactory evidence of such exemption thirty (30) days prior to the event in order to be relieved of its obligation to pay state and local sales taxes.

Payment Policy

Client and Company agree that the price of the Event shall be the Total Event Cost.

If, subsequent to the execution of this Agreement and more than seven (7) days from commencement of the Event, Client desires to add additional catering services than specified herein, Company shall send to client’s e-mail address a proposal for food and beverage service including cost, and Client’s acceptance of Company’s proposal shall be signified by clicking “ACCEPT” on the electronic proposal, or in the alternative, replying to the NOLA Motorsports Park Event Coordinator’s e-mail with the words “I ACCEPT,” and concurrently authorizing payment for a 25% deposit of the Food and Beverage Cost.

Once Client receives Agreement from Company, Client has 48 hours to return Agreement along with a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the Event date. Full payment of Event Cost shall be made seven (7) days prior to the Event. Failure to make the deposit shall result in this Agreement being declared null and void.
Failure to make full payment as per this Agreement shall result in the cancellation of Event and Client shall forfeit all deposits.

Client shall not be entitled to a refund if fewer drivers attend the Event than are part of this Agreement. If Client brings additional drivers or spectators than are listed in this Agreement, Company may accommodate them, space and time permitting, if Client pays for the additional participants prior to the commencement of the Event.

Company will assess a 3% convenience fee on all credit card payments when Total Event Cost meets or exceeds $5,000.00.

A credit card authorization shall be retained on file through the conclusion of the event.  Any additional charges incurred during the function will be charged to the credit card on file upon completion of the event.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol Service and Policy:

NOLA Motorsports Park does have a liquor license therefore all alcohol will run through NMP who are the only licensed authorities to sell and serve alcoholic beverages on its property. Client may have alcoholic beverages sold at the event (cash bar), or may make alcoholic beverages available for guests through a host bar, which must be paid for by Client. NMP requires a bartender(s) for all events when alcoholic beverages are served. Bartenders require an additional fee. In order to purchase and/or consume alcohol, proper identification will be required to verify the legal age of twenty-one (21). Any person consuming alcohol will not be allowed to participate in any track or asphalt related activity on the premises. Once an attendee chooses to consume alcohol, a NMP staff member will remove the person’s wristband, prohibiting he or she from partaking in any track activities. NMP staff members will be an additional charge to the client. If a driver is unable to drive because of alcohol consumption, the client will not be refunded. NOLA Motorsports Park reserves the right to refuse service to any persons who do not display identification or who may appear intoxicated.

All State, Parish and other regulatory liquor laws and regulations will apply. No alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the pit or paddock areas until 30 minutes after the end of the final event or track activity of each day.

Kids Karting Parties

With the approval of Nola Motorsports you may bring in birthday cake and pizza for a party up to 30 people.   A $50.00 clean up fee will incur and be added to your invoice.


When we wanted to build a racetrack in the middle of the swamp, they told us we were crazy. We built it anyway! Now we hold team building meetings at 200 MPH. Welcome to NOLA MotorSports Park! A state of the art, full service special events and racing venue, just 20 minutes from the New Orleans French Quarter.

Our primary goal at Nola Motorsports Park is to provide our clients with first class, innovative, and desirable spaces to help them facilitate any event they would like to host. Nola Motorsports Park can do everything from a small company team building event to festivals to an IndyCar Race! In a city where events are big business, our team works individually with each client to customize the space and the event. We are not “just a racetrack.” We are an “Autotainment Complex.” If you want to have a lasting, memorable, and measurable impact on your clients or employees, they will get it here on our 750 acre venue.

The Events Team oversees event reservations, setup, and services for events and meetings held in our Event Center, Speedshop, Hospitality Tent, Karting Lounge, and Covered Pit Lane. We are excited to work with a number of preferred caterers and event rentals to bring our customers the best experience possible to those who utilize our event spaces and services.
